Delivery & Pickup

We're proud to offer same week delivery or pickup, on your choice of Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. 

Delivery

  1. Delivery is usually between 1pm & 9pm.
  2. After placing your order you will receive an email confirmation of your delivery day & order details.
  3. The night before your delivery, once the delivery route has been finalized, you will receive a text with a two-hour time window during which you can expect your groceries to be delivered.
  4. You will receive a final text notification when the driver is 15 minutes away, letting you know so you can be ready.

For home deliveries to apartments and condos, customers are asked to meet us downstairs. Exceptions may be arranged for those with mobility or other health concerns.

If you are not available to receive the delivery or there is no clearly marked container, the food will go back on the truck. You will be charged for any perishable food and the delivery fee. We will refund any non-perishable food.
