Salad Greens Lunch & Learn Recording

Salad Greens Lunch & Learn Recording

On March 1st our Graze & Gather Community gathered together for our second Lunch & Learn. We learned all about Salad Greens with four farmers who all practice different growing methods! Michael of ClearWater Farm, Larissa of Littleleaf Farm, Derrik of Mighty Harvest, and Pete of Pure Home Grown join Graze & Gather to help our community learn more about salad greens, the different methods of growing, and how Canadian farmers can continue growing throughout cold Canadian winters.

If you prefer to read rather than listen, we've also uploaded the slides that each of the farmers, shared as a PDF attachment to this article.
